To be honest, when we agreed to go hiking with our South African friends from church, I was a little worried. You see, I'm not the most co-ordinated, athletic person in the world (check out my post from last August to read about my last hiking experience) and hiking is what Anneke and Cornel do for fun.
We took the subway to a nearby city called Suwon to hike the Hwaseong Fortress, which is a wall that was originally built around the city (the city has far outgrown the walls' boundaries).
The weather was beautiful. The hike was not difficult. The company was excellent. All in all, a great way to spend a Saturday in Korea.
